Oh my goodness, I am SO backlogged on posting! I have 11 posts I need to finish...sorry if things get out of order for the next little while. I've been back at work for two weeks now, so I guess it's fitting that it's been two weeks since I posted! Hopefully I can get everything caught up this weekend.
I think the most heartbreaking thing about going back to work for me has been seeing just how FAST this little boy is growing! It's like I blink and we've gone up a diaper size. He's hitting all these milestones at home with Scott--I'm so glad Dad is there to be together with him. The two of them are best buds. I won't lie and say I'm not jealous!
This little chunker is such a cutie. I weighed him with our (wildly inaccurate, I'm sure) bathroom scale about a week and a half ago and it said he's up to 12 pounds. We could tell for a while that he was getting too big for his newborn clothes, but we didn't really start retiring them until last week...they're just so cute! I'll have to post a fashion show with all of my favorites sometime. We've been pulling out his 3-month clothes this week, and they almost fit him! Yikes! He turns exactly 8 weeks today. Hopefully we can keep him in these outfits for at least a little while.

I think the first tip-off that he'd really done some serious growing was trying to get him into his carseat one day:
 |
| It's a little snug, mom! |
Depending on the angle you catch him at, his face is looking REALLY chubby sometimes.

| Gotta love that double chin. |
We finally had to graduate from 0-3 month to 3-6 month onesies. (When clothes are stretched tight enough to be see-through, it's time to go up a size, I think.)
 |
| I'll have to post an "After" picture with the 3-6 month onesies for comparison. |
It's so funny to see how he's even chubbier after he eats--his cute little belly gets giant!
