Just in case we didn't have enough to do the week before we moved, we grabbed up a half-off discount on some
tourist passes that get you in free to a lot of the fun stuff around Salt Lake. We spent a few solid days scrambling to make some quick last visits to our favorite places and see some new things we hadn't visited yet.
We went to the children's museum (Discovery Gateway)...

...and we went to the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point!

We also got to have an adventure that I'd never tried before. During a few months in the summer, the Snowbird ski resort runs one of its trams up the mountain just for the views. You can even walk around up in the snow (yes, snow! On June 26th!) at the top of the lift.

And of course, no Utah tour would be complete without some time at Grandma & Grandpa Laurie & Rick's house. Little Luke got to relax and hang out with the big boys.

Luke also spent a good part of the week discovering his feet.

Luke is such a trooper in the car. He sleeps a lot of the time, and even when he's awake, he'll talk to himself or watch out the window or stare at his polka-dotted cover . . . until he gets hungry. Then he knows exactly what he wants.

We also got to make one last stop at the Weaver's the night before our flight. Luke got some great snuggle time in with Simon and his other friends!
